When assistance is required when you have troubles with your Home center module, we may ask you to activate the Remote support (if you can connect to the module of course) and provide the MAC address of the module.
- To Activate Remote support, log into Home center with the browser (or the Android app) and go to Settings.
In the webinterface Settings, open Advanced:

On Advanced, click on Activate Remote support:

This will activate the remote support and allows the Home center support team to connect remotely to the module to check log files and internal system configuration.
What if the remote support connection doesn’t work?
If it is not possible to connect to the module in any way, we will inform you of a different manner to active the remote support for a short time.
