Cloud unreachable

You were unable to connect to your home automation system via the cloud…

What could be the cause?

  1. Does your device have access to the internet, either via WiFi or Mobile Data?
    No? make sure to have access and try again!
  2. Has the cloud service been activated on your device? Check this by logging in via the web settings in your home network. go to settings / advanced / cloud
    No? Activate it, wait a minute and try again
    Yes? Deactivate it, wait a minute. Activate it again, wait a minute and try again
  3. If the above is not possible. Has your license  expired? Check this by logging in via the web settings in your home network. go to settings / License information
    It expired? You can  renew it
  4. Still nothing? Are you behind a firewall or router that may be blocking traffic? This is could be the case for companies with strict internet policy… contact your IT department (or switch to Mobile Data)
